Return Policy and Procedure

All items in our Clearance Sale section and all kinds of light bulbs are under No Return, No Exchange Policy, All Sales Are Final  We accept returns only if the item has not been opened and is still in original packaging. We do not accept returns for special orders. We reserved rights to determine whether to refuse or cancel the RGA agreement or mark up the restocking fee if we receive the items in unsellable or open box condition. All returns will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. We will not refund shipping charges. You will have to notify us before shipping the returned item. Returns must be made within 15 days after purchase. All Returns Are Subject To Inspection & Approval . This is our policy and non-negotiable. We are using stock photos on some of our item listings, you may receive non-exactly the same item as pictured in oon website.

All fixtures are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If your fixture is defective, please contact us at and we will assist you with your claim. The customer agrees to cover the return freight.

If your order arrived damaged, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 / FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 / USPS at 1-800-275-8777 first then we will assist you. Once the claim payment has been received, we will ship a new item to you, subject to the company’s freight terms and conditions.

Please Note: Do not ship any items back to us without contacting us first for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, which needs to be printed on the label of the box. All items without this RGA number will be refused and sent back to you.
