The HMVS-J is a Residential/Commercial Grade Decorator Style vacancy only wall sensor switch that turns lights on manually by pressing the push button and automatically OFF until the room becomes vacant and time delay out. Self-learning night light feature ensure the sensor turn the night light off and keep it off from disturbing your rest when vacancy confirmed.

- To comply with T24, white LED indicator light flashes when sensor detects motion to verify detection is active.
- Time Delay adjustment for delayed-OFF time set-tings of 15 seconds (for walking test), 15 minutes and 30 minutes
- Vacancy confirmation - when the time out expires and the lights turn OFF a 30 second vacancy confirmation exists to turn the lights back ON
